Don't do it. I did and really regret it. Trash central, bums sleeping an pissing in the halls. Thin walls, broken gate, nothing ever got fixed, apartment was dirty when I moved in, no water; problem after problem. Then when I finally moved out they sent me a bill for $3,000. Saying I broke things that were already broken they said I took things like the broil pan and blinds' Charged me $50 to remove a plastic bag from under the sink. They are such liars and keep getting away with it. Now they ruined my credit with their bogus charges and would not work with me. ---- these people!!!! The beener manager was ------- the beener broker I was complaining to so that's why nothing ever got resolved and that's how she kept her job when she didn't deserve it.
