Old Building, but nice up-keep. I don't trust the staff tho...

I found this place to be quite attractive in a lot of respects. However, I was given an eviction notice from this place, and I?ve never had that happen before. Amazingly, as my water heater and diswasher exploded at the same time, maintenance came in to replace them both. Since we had no hot water to take showers and wash dishes, the place was a little less than clean, so I believe they evicted us because of that. What I really resented the most is that it wouldn?t have happened if they maintenance didn?t report back to management the state of the apartment--never trust their maintenance people, no matter how nice they seem! When I asked management why they were evicting, they coldly stated they didn?t have to tell me why, to which I just threw a fit; it reeked of something illegal. They said we are just choosing not to renew our 6-month lease, and that was that. Like I said, too bad too; the place was decent. Good size apartments, several nice pools, and a fitness center. (Btw, the fitness center people were very rude, and unfriendly; I hope some of them got fired by now.) Again, overall I?d say the place was nice, however *my* experience with them wasn?t. (Despite how terrible they stated I left the place, I got back all my refundable deposit; how contrary is that')
