I've lived here for almost two years and have been treated like a queen since the day I moved in. I have had several conversations with the office and management team and have always been treated with respect and courtesy.
Some of the neighbors could use some education on consideration and courtesy. But, what can you do'
The duplex in which I live is large and was freshly painted and new flooring was placed throughout before I moved in.
Parking is a challenge, but there is no solution other than patience. It's not the management's fault.
When my mother (who also lived here) became ill and was forced to move unexpectedly, she was treated with such compassion and respect. Yes, she had to pay one month's rent, which was only right, but they waited patiently while we got her health in order first.
I'll never forget their kindness.
