Not only did I live across the way from a drug dealer, I lived above an ------- who attacked a friend of mine in the stairwell. I talked to the staff a couple of times, they said it was just part of any community. One female staff member told me about a time she was attacked while with her young son, and sounded proud that she was still living in the same area.
Eventually, I terminated my lease and forced them (with a police report in hand) to release me from responsibilities. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone who can afford ANY place else.

I was lucky not to have been robbed or attacked, but some people there were a bit scary. The management was what you'd expect for Reno -- they shrug things off and show little professionalism.
