Started off OK but really declined

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I lived at Rosewood Park from October 2001 to June 2003, and I saw the place decline sharply in that time. Sentinel Properties, a good management company, pulled out sometime in early 2003 and the place started filling with sketchier tenants, maintenance and landscaping went downhill (they weren't great to begin with), and crime around there shot upward (especially car thefts). We got out just in time, since I've heard the place is a dive now.
