Poor management, rents to any trash that can say 'HI my name Juan.' Cocoroches started appearing out of nowhere. Managment feels that if they just don't re-rent the appartment that they started in, it will solve the problem. Screw letting the tenats know so we can help get rid of them. Living in the anex, parking sucks. What I love the most is after a good snow only half of the sidewalks get cleared, along with leaf blowers at 6 in the morning. Seems charming with fire place, if you don't mind freezing your ass off because the flue doesn't and never will shut.
