I lived here for about 6 months before moving out. Water heater was broken the entire time, requested FIVE times for someone to fix it, FIVE times someone came over and simply turned the thermostat on the water heater up, which didn?t help one bit. Carpet was ripped up in places, the decks were supposed to have material on them but again, after a ton of requests - nothing was done, and deck started to fall apart. Several cabinets were broken, and again, they weren?t fixed after requests. And the kicker' Moving stuff into the apartment (it was on the upper floor), 2 steps of the concrete stairs collapsed causing our entertainment center to fall and was ruined, despite plenty of witnesses seeing what happened and the stairs being in peices (making it very difficult to get upstairs) they refused to help us out and it took TWO WEEKS for the steps to be fixed! These places are TERRIBLE!!!!!!



There swimming pool was rarely kept clean and had leaves, branches and feces in it. And their Jacuzzi' It was only open during OFFICE hours - when everyone works - so unless you had a day off work/school you cant use it. I hate this place!!



Laundry was so expensive and machines were so bad I used someone elses house to do it. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
