I lived at Rosewood Park from late 2004 until a couple of months ago. The staff was constantly turning over and the maintanance crew didn't know what they were doing (and many of them smelled like alcohol and pot). The place really needs to be re-sided, but instead they just paint over it. Also, they refuse to send someone over to fix things when you are there. They will say their maintanace isn't working then and make you allow them to come in without you being present. They are also allowing people with pets when they have a no pet rule. Since I moved here here in 2004, this place has really turned into a dump. They are allowing some pretty shady people to move in and play loud music all hours of the day. They also have a pervert living there that will go from laundry room to laundry room taking womens underwear out of the machines. The management refused to do anything about it too. Don't move here!

I completely agree. It's 2007 now and it's gotten even worse. My apartment has flooded 2 times now and there is black mold growing underneith my bathroom floor and they said all they will do is replace the lanolium. The kicked a hole in my closet wall to "fix a pipe" the had leaked all over my closet and it took them 2 weeks to come back and patch the hole. When I tried to tell them that they needed to be there now and that I had rights, the laughed and hung up the phone. There has been so many problems with this apartment and the management is horrible. The manager herself smokes in the pool!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want all of your things damaged by flooding of the apartment and get sick from black mold!!!
