I lived in these apartments in 2001. They were fabulous! I loved the location, the staff, and my apartment! I moved out of state for a few years and moved back in these apartments to find out that they were being managed by a different company. Normally that doesn't matter, but OMG!!! The staff has hung up on me several times when I asked when they would fix my apartment due to flooding, for the second time. They were SO rude and treated me like I was bothering them.

I asked who their property management was and they told me "Buff Management". There is no such company. I looked on a few websites and they posted it as B.F. or B&F Management. I called both companies and they have no affiliation. I finally called the Washoe County Assossor's Office and they gave me the address. So for all of you who have been treated like the dirt they now let live in those apartments and run them, here is the address:
