My fiance lived here in 2004 and had so much trouble with mismanagement and nothing getting done. He complained and Jan the manager told him if he didnt like it he could move out. So after having a verbal agreement to move out almost 3 years have past and they turn him into collections for over 8400 dollars''''' Come on where the hell did they come up with that amount. Then trying to get a copy of the lease is like totally pulling teeth, they have hung up on us, told us to leave the place, Connie Hastings has to be the rudest person alive. If you must rent please dont rent here. BELIEVE ME. I used to own 48 units I wouldnt dream of treating people the way this place does.

I have to agree. I just witnessed the supposed manager Janet yell at a poor old woman/tenant after locking the doors to the office on a rent due day. She posted a sign in the window that said they would re-open at 4:55pm. At least ten people were lined up outside including myself. 4:55 had come and past and it was now 5:30pm and the doors were still locked. I peaked through the closed blinds and saw all of the employees laughing and joking in the back including Janet the Manager. I banged on the window and she waved. They came to open the door. The poor old lady told Janet the Manager that it was very inconsiderate to leave 10 tennats waiting outside like that for almost an hour on a rent-due day. We were just there to pay the rent. Janet sreamed back at the poor old woman, "Well I was having a staff meeting, What else would you have me do?" in the rudsest tone I have ever heard. The poor old woman looked at her and said, have your meeting earlier. When I asked for the name of the management company, Tiffany, another supposed assistant manger told me she could not give me that information. I found this odd. I told her I would just get it elsewhere and she said oh sure it is public knowledge...ummmm....wait a second.... but she just told me she wasn't going to give it to me as it was against policy?. When I first moved here from another state I had no idea where this place was but needed a place close to work. Connie, was the person who helped me over the phone secure this apartment. I was told I would receive a 2 bedroom 1 bath in a very quiet location. When I arrives it was a downstairs 1 bed 1 bathroom. The people above me were drug dealers and when I reported it they did nothing about it. The trafficking was going on all day and night and I could not get any sleep. Instead of evicitng them they moved me to the other side of complex into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom that creeks so loud with every step you take it is nerve jarring. I have landed in hell and plan tomove when my lease is up in a few months. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You will be sorry....It's hell and they are extremely rude people who will not help you if your apt, is in peril and will scream in your face if you ask for their help. I will find out who manages this hell hole and give them a piece of my mind!! Be forwarned....DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
