I have been living in the complex since the summer of 2007 and am moving out come June. The staff is friendly enough, but the maintenance crew has no clue how to maintain anything, much less fix something thats broken. The apartment is sub-standard, at best. Holes in the doors, holes in the walls. No baseboards. The appliances are from the 70s when the place was built. I had a hole in the wall next to the thermostat and asked if I could get it fixed. The maintenance person's answer was to go buy a bigger thermostat to cover it. Amazing! I did buy one and, since its programable and not 30 years old like the one that was there, Im saving money on my power bill! Im taking the damn thing with me, too! Shoddy painting throughout, including paint all over the linoleum and bases in the bathroom. Very poor upkeep.

This is sooo true!!!!! espeacially the 1970's aplliances it looks like a five year old did the caulking in the bathrooms. and they painted and didn't care where the paint landed. the maintenence acts like were taking them away from there real jobs which obviously is doing a whole lot of nothing! Your paying for an expensive bottle of champagne and all your getting is a six pack of bud!
