Horrible Place to live

I lived at Rosewood for 4 months before the water heater broke in the apartment above mine. My apartment flooded, the power shorted out, some of my things were ruined, and the walls and celing were so saturated that they started falling apart. Management did nothing to help us. We had to extract the water ourselves! It was mid summer...hot...and as luck would have it, mold started growing. I got really really sick, developed a heart condition, and blood disorder in about 3 months.
I called on a daily basis, as well as went to the office. They refused to do anything. I asked them to have a mold specialist come to test for mold. They had one of their "maintenance" workers come...he left me a note that said "I didn't see any mold. Not sure where you saw it." I had to pay over $700 for someone to come test and tell me that we had toxic mold. He came twice...the second time already knowing that we had mold and he was wearing a full body suit to protect him from the mold. He said that he had gotten sick the first time he was in our apartment and wasn't taking any more chances.
So...a heart condition, a blood disorder, sick for 5 months straight (even on my wedding day!), and over $10,000 in medical bills (not including what my insurance paid for)....I've got a lawyer :)
