The ladies in the office are very nice! They go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Maintenence around the grounds does not seem to happen very fast. For example, they advertise themselves as a gated community, but the gates were broken (stuck open) for about half the time I lived there. However if there is a problem in your apartment, they are on it immediatly.
Parking is a total nightmare! Each apartment has 1 assigned spot, but most apartments have between 1-4 cars. There is very little guest parking, so if you aren't lucky enough to get the parking spot, you have to walk quite far.
