First and foremost, the parking is absolutly horrible. They re-pave the whole complex every year so you had to adjust your day around their schedule on when they were laying pavment. You only get one parking spot that is not always right infront of your door.
If you have more than one car, you have two choices, park most likely on the entire other side of the complex or pay a ridiculous fee for a garage that again, most likely won't be remotely close to your front door.
Most cars would ignore this rule and park in places that would be out of the way of other neighboors and closer to their door. So we did the same, and with no warning, no flyers...nothing, our car is towed and we had to pay a 200 dollar towing fee which took us all day to get the car back. We inquired why we weren't given any warning and we were told that they had decided to have a towing truck 'randomly' come through and tow cars that wern't in allowed parking spots.
That is just for the us who live in the apartment...our visitors had to fend for themselves.
The front gate is completely worthless. Many can just follow in after other cars. The pass card key sometimes does not work. But they have that
