Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived here between 2002-2003 and the only thing I liked about it was the office staff. They were friendly and curtious. The parking truly was a nightmare. I felt as if I were back in LA or SF. This was Reno with vast land, but this apartment complex didn't think it through when they built it. How can you rent an apartment to up to 5 people (which usually means 5 cars-lots of UNR students here) and only have one parking space' The maintenance was slow to respond, there was dog poop everywhere you walked, and the front gates never worked, seriously. Stay away from Sharlands Terrace.
