Everything about my experience at Sharlands Terrace was/is wonderful and I seriously doubt the accusations made here.
Office Staff: Wonderful ladies. They are nothing but helpful. I've never known their niceness to be "fake."
Maintenance: Maintenance requests are done no later than the next day. In most cases, they have them done the same day I call it in.
Parking: I always park in my carport and guess what' I never had my car towed. Imagine that! Yes, they only give you one carport. I've never lived anywhere that gave you more than one. In fact, I've lived at places that took away your carport if you rent a garage. Garage rent at Sharlands Terrace is not outrageous, it's cheaper than some and you get to keep your carport if you rent one.
Noise: I've rarely hear anything from my neighbors' apartments. It is a very peaceful place to live. I suggest that if you're reading this that you check out the apartments for yourself before buying into some begrudged ex-tenant's comments.

Are you one of the office staff? It took from the date I moved in in May until today (December!) to have someone come and look at my window which had 2 giant gaps in it letting in a horrible draft, and was covered in frost all of last week. They told me they "lost" the work order. I had continuous problems with bugs when I first moved in and it took months of complaining (September!) before they would come spray my apartment-and I keep a clean house. There's always an excuse. Additionally, if you get locked out after hours (which happened to me) they have no after hours lock in service, even though several of the office staff and maintenance crew live on site (and it was only 6:30 pm!!).
