I have lived in Sharlands Terrace for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it. It's a very quiet complex and everyone is very nice: from the office staff to our neighbors. The office staff responds to problems fast and and are very courteous. They keep the landscaping neat and there is plenty of lighting at night when I take my dog out. We have two cars and only one carport but I never have trouble finding parking for the second car. Some of the tenants don't pick up after their dogs but it's not as bad as others say. Most of the tenants are very respectable and pick up the mess. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
