Recently looking to move to the reno area, I found these apartments and thought for the price they were decent with all the utilities they include. I looked at many different places over a week period. Decided to go with Sharlands to save some money. The girls were all great. Andrea was always very nice. I went into to sign papers and I could not believe the treatment I recieved from LIZ. she is very rude. I was offended by her. She gave me the "little girl treatment" she judged me by my age. To sum it all up she lost some business for sharlands terrace. I could not imagine dealing with such a person if i had a problem with my apartment. Also I simply was asking questions about some of the reviews i had read on here about the gate always being broken and she got real irritated with me and told me that there has never been a problem and that everyone that has written a review is a liar.Bottom line I loved the apartments for the price however I would not suggest dealing with Liz if you are looking to rent here. Or just dont ask questions.! Andrea was always great to me. She is a much better agent to deal with. Good Luck!
