I have lived at Sherwood Forest for 6 years on the 3rd floor overlooking the courtyard. It is quiet where I live and they keep the elevator in proper working condition. The manager, Pat, is a sweetheart, firm, but very nice. All work orders are handled promptly. The maintenance guys are first rate. The rooms are nice and large. For the size of the apartments, the rent is not bad. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I'm glad once upon a time all was so wonderful because it's not now! The manager Sharon is unbearable to deal with and has no respect for her tenants. The maintenance crew sucks and doesn't do anything correctly. It's usually better if you don't ask for them to fix it because they will make it worse!
