Nice but alot of rules.

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003
Our manager is very nice but thats about all Sherwood has going for it. the maintenance is very lacking half the time my work order was "lost" the other times the work was partialy fixed. The neighbors leave a lot to be desired. Parking is all but impossible unless you have one car and live here if you have visitors or a second car they have to park on the street good luck. If you have kids they can't play outside near the apartment, no water toys in the summer, We have pools but they are very cold so user beware.
