The place is okay as long as you do not ask for any maintenance.If you don't mind a draft coming in your livingroom, from a door that has not been replaced after previously being kicked in, it's not too bad. When you do get a maintenance order filled, the workmanship leaves you worse off than when you started. ^ months without hot water to a washing machine (after supposedly repaired twice) is a bit long.
And, if you are addament about your repairs, you are granted an escape from this purgatory with a 30 day notice.
Beware of the nice countenance of the manager.

I had the same problem with the air coming right through the door and windows. The manager is one of a kind and a pain in the a** to deal with.
