had no choice but to get this apartment because of section 8. have hated it from the start. carpets coming up and unraveled which i am sure our cat will get the blame but definatly not her. floors feel like your gonna fall thru. might as well not have a front door as you can see sunlight coming thru around the entire door. door looks like it was busted in then just repainted. dishwasher was broken when we moved in took 3 times and numerous explainations on how to fix it to the maintence men. dryer well have to run it at least 3 times. electricty is outragous. our 3rd bill was over 300! the ac barely works definatly only for the living room. no electricity when we moved in so we couldnt see how disgusting it was. PAINTED HAIR EVERYWHERE. no vents cleaned for anything. heater thermostat is older than me (30) i swear. DONT RENT FROM SHERWOOD FOREST APARTMENTS. Period. there is no enforcement of the rules. called because a ball hit our window and we live on the 3rd floor... hmmmm wonder whats wrong. sharon said she couldnt do anything even thou it states in the RULES no playing in the parking lot. the noise is almost unbearable. the cops are here everyday. we are always hearing police helicopters going back and forth in our area. if you like sleazy then come here. cant wait to leave.
