Not what they seem to be From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This complex is over rated. the pool and spa are nice - when they are actually open. The grounds are not maintained. The bird population is wrecking the new paint job and the dumpster divers are a great attraction. This is a high crime apartment complex, and the cops regurally patrol the area. Along with the ads that say this complex has "new apartment homes" which is not true, the lie everystep of the way. The cracks in the walls just high the damaged buildings, which eventually come back though - paint cannot fix structural issues. Very overpriced for what they actually have. Management is joke and can never answer questions and as others have said will be leaving. Parking is a huge issue and noise fromt he freeway as well. I do not reccommend this place at all.
