I'm still living here. But not for long. The workmanship of the apartments is terrible.

*The fresh new carpet was stained brown from bad carpet cleaning the day we moved in.

*The vinyl is peeling up around the edges of of bathroom sink.

*The wooden wall borders on the floor need constant hammering back into place.

*The refrigerators parts are made of soft alluminum that bend from touching them.

*The rent will raise at least $30 a year if not more.

*The paint job was terrible because it they spattered everything around them. The counters, carpet, floor boards.

*They do have wonderful floor plans. And the price per square footage is surprisingly cheaper than most places.

*The walls between neighboors is solid and I never heard my neighboors.

*The outdoor pool was padlocked several times this summer for no apparent reason. Worse yet was getting dressed in the swimming suit, applying sunblock, getting the towels and everything else, walking down to the pool to find it locked without notice. Not only that but it is dirty most of the time.

*The indoor pool is under lots of maintenance. And when it is open it's full of chlorine.

*The tennis court is unlevel with cracks and weeds.

*Management is rude.

*The main office that houses the indoor pool, tv room, shuffle board, gym, and racketball court is never open past 5pm any day of the week.

*The spa is never open and they say it's because of vandalism. When it is open it is full of suds which they say is because people aren't washing the swimsuits after they soap them up.

*The grounds are poorly kept. The bushes are overgrown. The new sidewalk lamps are too dim.

*They allow any style of trash to move in.
