Hello. I have lived in Silver Ridge for the past ten months and am extremely unsatisfied. The apartment complex is nice and the ammenities are great, however, the staff is horrible. I have had repeated encounters with them ranging from issues with the closing of ammenities--especially the jacuzzi, the withholding of packages, and the last straw the lack of notice given before construction is done. Each time I have addressed one of these complaints with the office I have been pleasant however no one in the office has been of any help. Rather than listen to my problem they roll their eyes, click their tongues, and throw attitude in my direction. The office staff is not made up of children, they are adults and should act like it. If you want to be treated with respect take my advice and do not move into these apartments!
