The only reason why we're here is because they have no breed or size restrictions. They harrass you about complaints, even if it's not your fault. Rules for one apartment don't apply to the next.

Management is horrible. My truck window was busted into for my stereo, and several other cars are regularly busted into. When management is told, they simply say it isn't their problem.

When we first moved in, we had a hold on a particular apartment for a specific amount, and when we went to pick up our key and sign the lease, they said they had changed their mind and told us it would be the more expensive unit. We didnt' have a choice, we had no where else to go, and our deposits were non-refundable.

We're moving soon, as our lease is up, and they're going to be raising our rent- AGAIN! We're looking at paying almost 1000k for an apartment that is crap.

I completly agree with you. And that is scary to hear about raising the rent. This place is not worth 1,000 a month. There are parties all the time. I have lived in apartments for the last 14 years and have never encountered such a noise problem. The place is full of college kids who party until the wee hours of the morning and drive through the lot at all hours of the night blaring their boom boom music. The management is aware of the problem, but does nothing about any of it because it is out of their control. There is limited parking and dog poop everywhere. This is without question the crappiest place I have ever had the misfortune to live in. I can't wait until my lease is up. In addition the old man on the maintenance staff is condescending and rude. The repairs I have requested were NOT made in a timely manner.
