These apartments are nice, kind of old but definitely not run down. Management is friendly and seems eager to help, but tons of fees that don't make too much sense.

TONS of parking but none by our apartments. We have had absolutely crazy neighbors that we have had to call the police on more than once. When we complained to management they said they would kick them out, but never did.

Overall, good place to start for a college student, but maybe not a young family.
