I have lived in this complex for quite sometime and am very pleased. I used to live in the townhome and then transferred to a 1 bedroom. I have never had an issue with management, they are very tentative to my needs, whenever there is an issue in my apartment maintenance fixes it right away! My dryer broke, I had a brand new one put in the next day, my kitchen sink was backed up, it was fixed the same day! There has never been a noise issue, maybe I just got lucky with my neighbors, you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around, but you learn to ignore it. I have a beautiful view of downtown and the mountains however I don't think I should be charged more for this, or for an upstairs unit because the ceilings are vaulted! The apartment is great size but I think the fixtures are out of date (doors and cabinets need replacing) Which I have seen maintenance guys around with nice looking white doors so I think they're working on replacing. My lease is about to end and even with the upgrades they've been doing (i.e assuming new doors, upgrading clubhouse, gated community) they aren't raising my rent and so I am staying! I do however think they should spend less time and money painting the curbs and speed bumps around here, they should repave the roads they have pot holes and cracks everywhere, they make enough money in rent to repave the roads and I think it's definitely a neccessity. Other than that, I love living here and think the service is wonderful... minor changes need to be made but it's just not enough to make me pack up and move elsewhere
