Major facts of living here:

Pay rent on time.

Don?t park in the managers parking spot.

Do all your own maintenance or suffer the consequences. (half completed jobs)

If you have problem neighbors, management would rather you take care of it yourself or call the police.

Management doesnt care if someone leases an apartment and a whole different gang of people live there, as long as the rent is paid. (some apartments are like hotel rooms, the residents change so often)

The longer you live at La Cuesta the less they care about you because you probably pay less rent than the new tennants.

Management keeps it a big secret as to who actually owns the complex (that way no one can complain above their head)

And as far as the fire in July goes. Few people were ever told what the cause was. But management scheduled a meeting for all residents to talk to a State Farm agent about insuring their apartments. (can you say "kickback"') SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
