Shortly after new management moved in, July of 2003, there was fire right in front of the new managers apt.It distroyed 12 homes. They said the cause was not known, but a peice of carpet started the fire directly in front of the new managers porch. The only one home, and in the area, was the managers boyfriend.
The parking problem is SOOOO bad there are around 100 tenants parking their cars out on the street, some, several hundred yards from their door.
The managers boyfriend put up a no parking sign in one available space, and has started fights, and has attemted to have cars towed. He has a very loud, nasty, foul mouth, and, is very rude and obnoxious to all the tenants at the complex.
Maintanace is almost worthless, we have had things that needed to be fixed for years, and they always say we have it on our list. The few things that we have required them to fix, they take a very long time to respond, and have done a real substandard job, and sometimes doing more damage than good.
Until there is a new manager, we would highly NOT recommend living here.
