I happended to be a "current" resident, and have been here since June of 1991. You must be the manager! Your statements and reply about the defence of the management is being dishonest. I am sure you are the management. If you are a "concerned tenent" and lived next door to the fire, then you know the new landlady, and her boyfriend. If that WAS true then you would know about all the problems that they bring to our apartment complex. There is NO WAY that what you say is true. You are the one thats lieing, and dishonest in order to cover yourself Pam! AKA landlord. That is just the kind of lies and dishonestment that we have had to deal with since you have become management of our formaly peacefull, quiet, neighborhood. Come on lets be honest! People want to know the truth about this place. Not lies from the landlord to cover herself!
#1:Parking it is a total nightmare. If you have a second car in you household you will have to park it on the streets 9 times out of 10.
#2:Noise level is a serious problem. There are loud cars and motorcycles vibrating the walls and windows everyday. Not to mention the loud music, The walls are very thin.The floors crack and creak with every footstep from the upstairs neighbors.
#3:Grounds. Poor upkeep on landscaping.The water is bright green in the ponds and rivers, and smells toxic.
#4:Saftey is poor. The parking lot lights do not come on when at dark when they are suppose to. We are forced to walk to and from our cars in the dark everynight.
#5:Costruction is falling apart and having maintenance fix it would only cause more of a problem and shoddey workmanship. I would bet a months rent that non of them
#6:Maintainence. LOL. I have never seen then do a good job!
#7: Office staff. They are some of biggest liers I have ever known!!!!! They only tell you what they think you and to hear, never the truth.
#8:Overall compared to others. I would not be able to tell you about that because I have lived here for so long I dont know about other places. I do know that its the worst I have ever lived at.
#9:If I recomended this place to a freind, then I would lose that friend.
