After reading all the other reviews, the ones that are I agree with are mostly negative. Some of the possitive ones are done by ignorant people.
First off, there is a major problem with the person sleeping with the landlady!! He has had the cops called on him several times in the last few months. He has a loud motorcycle that he parks inside a maintenance storage room under other tenents homes. He DID put up a no parking sign and viciously possesses it. He has been accused of being a peeping tom, a vandal and a thief hideing in dark places and watching through windows. He has a very loud and foul mouth and does not care who hears him.
The parking is a real problem! There are people double parking and blocking others in all over the property all the time. And the staff play a major role in the problem by putting up temporary no parking signs on vacant spaces in order to assure themselves a place to park.
The parking lot lights only work some of the time, in some of the areas. Otherwise is is pitch dark in some areas every night. I guess its a way of them saveing money on their electric bill.
Maintenance is horrible! The maintenance superviser is unbelievable! His motto must be ignor, cover up and I didn't understand. And never ever give them permission to enter your home when you are not home! If you do they will wait till you leave before going in to do work. And if you you ask them when it will be done, the answer will always be, we have it on our list, but we have other before you, and you will never get an honest answer from the staff.
Never believe anything the staff has to say EVER!! We have never heard so many lies from this group of people anywhere.
