Yes, this is apartment living, nothing is perfect. My last brand new home was not perfect either, even with all the new homeowner warranties. That's life. I used to pass by and never took a tour. I'm glad I did because this property has the most beautiful, mature landscaping I've ever lived at. Not everyone is a great neighbor, but this is by far the quietest community I have ever lived at and I just love coming home from a hard day at work. The rennovations are very nice and has greatly improved the "feel" of the apartments from being old and outdated to a small, home-like atmosphere! I don't have issues with the rent I am paying because cheaper rents only get different types of residents & alot more "issues" than this place could ever get. Sounds not too nice but it's generally true.
I've had my heater go out once, it was repaired within days and I was given a space heater until then. Life goes on and maintenace can only do what they have control of as fast as they can so I can understand there are 204 units here and don't raise a stink. No rent credit was given but no other apartment communities I've ever lived at previously ever gave me free rent either. They all treat me well here, from the office staff to maintenance and also my neighbors whom all say hello when I pass but at the same time do not invade my private space. A garage option would be ideal, but I realize the grounds cannot accomadate it. My carport will do. I am a happy resident and highly reccomend living here!!!

WTF?? Do you live at the same Skyline Canyon apartments that I do? This place is a dump. Overpriced for the space, etc. And, the ducklings this year... Were KILLED by maintenance!! They dumped some effing dye into the water to make it LOOK better, bye-bye ducklings!!!
