Nice management, great maintanence, poor construction. As the wind blows through your apartment, it dissapates the smoke and smells of your neighbor. Your neighbor is like your unwanted roommate because you hear every step, every door open and close, every cabinet close, every word spoken, every phone conversation, every toilet flush, every TV program, etc, etc. People move in and out almost daily. They should pay moving expenses and provide their time and labor. They count on people being stuck here.

Oh my, I also live here and couldn't agree with you more. What's more, the manager has recently raised rents, I was so floored. I know that's the norm but the fact you have to pay for your OWN water and sewer usage, which is not cheap, on top of paying for lost heat and air due to SINGLE-PANE WINDOWS! I did the math and found I am paying the same or more than a brand new, more expensive community with new plumbing, insulation, state-of-the-art facilities, you name it. It's a real nice area but the apartments are built so cheap, even with all the new work they do in the aparments to get the higher rents, the price is way too high compared to the added monthly bills due to being over 25 years old.
