i have lived here for so long and i plan to stay here!!! oh where do i even start' the office staff is awesome! they are there when you need them true that they are closed somtimes but come on they have to have lunch too!! u kno' and it's not like they can say we are closed from 12- 1 because that is EVERYONE'S lunch time. and it's like 300 apartments that they have to handle and it's only 3 people in the office.... they rock!!!!!! could you handle 300 units''''' think about it!!!! their laundry rooms are nice even the office staff use the laundry machines b/c they work so well !!! hello!!!! that should tell you somethin right there and yes the vending machines are so retarded b/c they dont work!!!!!!! i once went to the office to let them kno and they told me that they were on top of it and the next day it was fixed!!!! then it got broken like in 3 days so i told them again and they say that they were not happy with the machines either and then the vending machines were changed!! now on the parking well duh!!! come on if i get home after a really long day of having my boss breathing down my neck i just wanna go home and not find some idiot in my parking space!!!! and i like that they are strict b/c i would be too!! i wouldn't like to park on the street and having to walk to my apt when i have my own space!!!!! and the lights burning out please the office just had upgrades they put in new energy lightbulbs, and we know that they are not cheap light bulbs, new showerheads the nice kind too, and the upgraded the water heater so you dont have to wait forever for your water to get hot u kno and especially if your running late! the maintance crew do fix things alot but the fix the landscape to made it look better see i dont know why people say things when their way when it's not even like that they are putting more picins tables and new plants to make it look so much better, on mother's day OMG i have to share!!! this last sat the leasing girl came to my place and i thought that i was in trouble u kno... and she told me that she had something very! important for me so i was like huh'' and then she gave me a beautiful poem just for me! and she told me that it was a little something special for me from the apartments complex to wish me a happy mother's day!!!!! i felt like a queen b/c no apartment complex that i have lived at has done that for me none.... ok .... none.... they do care b/c why would they have even bothered''' u kno.... that is going the whole 9 yards! they do have a BB court but they dont have a light that is seriously the only thing that is missing, also i love the view your can't go wrong with the downtown view b/c u get it all!!!!!! and for the price come on, and the gym is small but it's not like a 24 hr fitness center is right across the street!!! hello!!!! it's stupid for them to go all out on excerise machines when their is like all the machines that you can think right next door!!!! and also it's open 24 hrs !!! the gym here is not open 24hrs!!! hello!!!!! so i think it's great here but then everyone has an opinion.
