I lived here for almost five years. The first two were fine. They had nice courteous and helpful staff and management, but once the new managers/staff came in, living here has been a nightmare.

If you have kids, be careful...the management doesn't like your kids playing outside and disrupting rocks, grass, and whatever the dangerous substance they have in their small kid areas. The equipment is made out of metal, including the slide, which makes it very hot in the summer. The wooden "rock" chips they have in the play area give splinters.

The laundry room sucks. They recently limited the number of washers in the room, and good luck trying to find an open wash machine or dryer any day of the week. Also expect to spend a lot of money doing your clothes there, you're better off taking them to a nice laundry place and doing your laundry faster and cheaper.

Parking is horrible. They have towed/booted their own resident's vehicles for being parked backwards. I don't know about you, but it's much easier to take out your groceries if your car is reversed, especially if you're a single parent. If you have any visitors, let them know that they'll be required to hike up the little hill, since there is no space for anyone to park.

The front doors are cracked an let cold/hot air in, including wind. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything your neighbors do. Good luck trying to find somewhere to store your towels or linens, the biggest closet in the place is adjacent to the bathroom, but you can't use it because it stores the furnace and water heater.
The heater/air conditioner continually break down. Your air conditioner can only run for a few hours before it over heats, and only cools the living room area, which is good if you plan on spending the summer with you and your family living on the couch.

The management is rude, not helpful, and will try to take any money they can from you.

Let's hope you don't live there, and if you do, make sure you make the apartment look like it's never been lived in before or they'll charge you every penny for normal wear and tear damages. I'm sure once moving in though, you'll see badly patched holes in your walls, doorknobs missing, broken closet bars, etc. anyway. So, take pictures!
