I lived in this people about 11 yrs ago and this place is an absolute dump. I don't know if the previous resident manager(Dan Smith) works here still but was extremely rude to his tenants. I got evicted on 09/94. I had a bunch of my roommates friends who were hanging around the apartment while i was working graveyard. They were making all the noise and we got the blame for it. Overall this place is run down, residents are rude (considering some of them are gangbangers) and another thing. If you get your money stuck in their vending machine by the pool count on it being gone. I told the assistant manager (kimberly hernandez) that my money had got stuck in the machine, then she told me there was no way of getting my money back not until i told here i was going to trash the vending machine. Then she had second thought. Oh, and another thing don't be buddy buddy with the maintanance guys they are taddle tales.

JUST SO YOU KNOW.... IF YOU HAVE COMPANY OVER THAT DOES ANY KIND OF DISRUPTION YOU (AS THE TENANT) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. DUH! THAT'S THE WAY THEY KEEP THINGS UNDER CONTROL... ATLEAST A BIT. A COUPLE MONTHS BACK I WAS JUST STANDING OUT THERE WITH A FRIEND.. THEN A BUNCH OF LIL' GANGSTER WANNABE TEENS BEGAN THREATNING ME AND MY FRIEND TRYING TO PICK A FIGHT. SO WHEN I CALLED THE POLICE.. THE POLICE REALIZED THEY WERE VISITING ONE OF THE TENANTS.. SO THE TENANTS WERE THE ONES THAT GOT THE WARNING! WHICH IN MY OPINION IS GREAT! BECAUSE HAD THEY JUST LET THEM LEAVE WITH OUT ANYTHING DONE.. LATER ON THEY WOULD HAVE COME BACK TO FIGHT MORE! AND NOW I DON'T SEE THEM ANYWHERE. SO YEAH.. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR FRIEND'S WERE THERE IN THE "GRAVEYARD" TIME.. PEOPLE WILL FIND THAT DISRUPTING AND WILL FILE A COMPLAINT.. HOLDING YOU RESPONSIBLE! DUH! WELL... STAFF IS RUDE AS HELL HERE. ESPECIALLY THE LIL' LATINA GIRLS IN THE OFFICE. THEY MUST THINK THEY RUN THE OFFICE OF A BIG TIME NEW YORK CITY ADVERTISING AGENCY! SERIOUSLY! DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THE MAINTENANCE GUYS.. WOULDN'T EVEN GO NEAR THEM MYSELF. I MEAN COME ON.. YOU'RE GOING TO BE CRITICIZING THE APTS... DON'T DO IT INFRONT OF THEM. CAPPISH?? DON'T BE THAT STUPID! BY THE WAY THE PLACE LOOKS GREAT! IT'S 08' NOW.. AND ABOUT TO BE 09'! JUST REMODELED.. THINGS SEEM A BIT MORE IN CONTROL~!

Stayed here only 3 months b4 being evicted for having a cat; was then sued for a couple grand for damages? Got blamed for things that were bad the day I moved in. Lousy complex/mgmt. Had to go bankrupt so wouldn't have wages attached!
