Moved from an apartment complex in town where my rent was just under $1,400 per month for 1,200 square feet to my apartment here at Summit Trails where my rent is only $920 per month for an apartment that is 1171 square feet! I love it and don't have any plans to move anytime soon! Great neighbors, activities, maintenance and office folks. My living experience here is so much better than past experiences! Interestingly enough there are several people living here who used to live in the complex I lived in before for much more money and less service! Give it a try you'll love it too!
