The manager at Sundance West apartments will be all nice and friendly with you upon your first time moving in, but then once you are in things change. I have been here for less than a year and have seen 3 managers come and go. Now we have a young manager in her 20's.. Now my trouble begins, first the maintenance is terrible, nothing is done promptly, they leave messes, and just don't give a damn, thats if you get your work order done, most of the time when you move out the request you put in to have something fixed has not been touched. My apartment has broken handles on the doors, the cieling is falling and the "white " paint is a different shade for every room. This was to be fixed before I moved in, but it wasn't, I lived in another apartment in the same complex and again things were not fixed, plus they enter your apartment without notifying you. The security doors don't provide security at all, the locks are broke. I have a young child and I AM moving out of here! It is not safe and is probably not up to par with the police and fire dept.
Don't let their friendly greeting fool you as it did us! I would like to have half my rent back for all the troubles but I am sure that won't happen.
