Have lived here several years ... and when the previous owners were trying to sell things were not good. Hopefully the new owners (who have just taken over) will clean things up. Actually in the past few months things have been better. When my refrigerator broke (on a Sunday)I was given an empty apartment to store my food and the refrigerator was replaced the next morning.
I have never had bugs.
