I live in a 1 bedroom apartment which is kind of small, but there is a lot of storage space. I live on the third floor, which makes it nicer as well because of vaulted ceilings. My building is seperate from the others. I have new appliances and new carpate in my apartment. The walls are clean, and so was everything else when I moved in. The office staff has been very, very friendly the whole time I have lived here. Maintainence comes promptly when I have a problem, even if it has been in the middle of the night. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for any repair. I wish the AC was better, but they did put in a new motor in my apartment last summer and it seems to help. I love the tall trees and very green courtyard at my building. The grounds seem to be very well maintained. My only real complaint is that people break the locks on the doors a lot who live in the building.
