I met someone who had lived here when they were new. They used to be top notch luxery apartments. The management acts as if they still are luxery, but runs the place like slum lords. I pay extra to live on the top floor with "cathedral" ceilings(A-frame roof). They no longer have security entrances, all are unlocked. A large number of families living here seem to be Section 8's and one of pools has been closed (by the health dept) for it's second year now due to residents throwing everything from food type garbage to furniture into it. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing so that some residents just throw their trash near the general vicinity. The common areas such as laundry and back stairways are filthy and the entrance foyers, which at one time had nice tile floors and atriums with plants are now pretty shabby. To make matters worse, the foyers were just repainted in a garrish dark turqoise. The complex is nestled right in the center of a good area and a bad area so there is fallout. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I lived here for three years, I have had mold problems in my ceiling in my bathroom, the foyes, stairways are dirty and the trash sometimes overflowing, the pool has been closed, however not due to trash and furniture being thrown into it. the bottom cracked and is not up to code and, wheras there is no "finances" to fix it right now. I have been less than impressed with management as i did experience uncouth professionalism and struggles with maintanance orders. Since I have been here for three years there has been three different managers therefore, things tend to change frequently. do not reccomend except for short term my car has been vandalized and broken into and would not reccomend to family home
