I lived at Sundance West in 2002 and the place was just awful. Management sucked, maintenence sucked. My car was broken into my friend who was there one night had her car broken into. We were promised that there was security that controlled the apartments but in the 11 months I lived I never saw any type of security. DO NOT RENT HERE! They make promises constantly and never keep them. The rent is way to high for a place like that.
