We lived at Sundace for three years (2005-2008). It wasn't bad at first. It has gotten very bad recently, the building always smells like weed and cigarettes. My apartment was always leaking, the metal doors ALWAYS come off the tracks. The windows are super leaky. The good thing about the place is that if you call managment for the leaking roof or the broken front door they will respond quickly. That's about the only good thing. I lived in a building away from the rest of the complex and it seems that they don't care about the apperance of the building or the people they rent it to.

Well, here we are with yet a NEW manager. The A/C won't work again this year. Supposedly they just "switched" it over. The government subsidized residents are starting to out number the full rent paying residents and I'm not talking about Section 8, I'm talking about Nevada Mental Health Dept tenants and some sort of probationary re-entry program. I mean, these people not only look like criminals, they act like it too. Maintenance response is non-existent and everyone has a huge dog that barks like crazy. The new manager is under the delusion that these things will be taken care of, I think she really believes it but wait 'til her vacancy quota goes up and she'll get the same cold shoulder from the owners that all the others have.

I have been here over a year and have no air conditioning and now no heat. Over and over they say they will fix it but NEVER do. You can't sleep when it is in the 90's and no ac. Do the people in the office get more money if we don't have utilities or is this upper management. I am not suppose to get overheated and plan to have my doctor write them. I'm tired of the abuse by the front office.
