No heat or air conditioning month after month

The front office tells you over and over they will fix the air conditioning but NEVER do. This is happening to many tenants. Then when it was cold last week we had no heat. Does the front office get paid more if the utilities are down' I imagine so. It is terrible the way they treat us and I will get down to the bottom of this. I will find out the owners. I am not to get over heated and plan to have my doctor write them too. I'm tired of being treated like a fool.
