I loved it there is a pool convinient location
we have 2 boys, then the rules came the lady downstairs sit outside all day smoking so we couldn't open the windows or doors she'll complain about all the kids playing outside and they were not that bad a few bad apples. yet she looks like she 80 and should be on a retirment, the downstair people complete trash both of those neirbors were in assistant programs. I pay normal full rent and I had to put up w/this low lifes.I ask management to move us and they said no unless I reaply again and pay more per month bec price when up. I you have kids you don't want to live here, they can do hardly anything they have so many rules no balls, no skateboarding, no toys unless they are made of soft materials and noiseless. And there is no place for them to play they don't want people on the grass they don't want kids in the parking lot or side walks, so that lives no place for them unless they go to the infant playground it's unsafe and small so if you have kids bet the ages of 7 and 13 they can't do anything. So the office recomments for your kids to go across the st (busy st) to the Waltmart parking lot and plat there undattanded next to a busy st and play there. If something was to happend to your child you wouldn't know bec you can't see them, plus they are not on property grounds and your property mngr is telling you to snd your kids to play to some elses private property...The pool is dirty they don't take good care of only at time of inspection. What they need to do when renting is have all the assisted welfare low lives in it's own building far away from us clean, responsable hard working people. They should have a smoking area so other people don't have to deal with it. Otherwise this place would be great.
And yes carpets were not clean and walls could of use some fresh paint.Yet I hear the have a new mngr who is trying to change things, having fun projects for the kids,
cares a little bit more, yet she can get rid of the low getto people this place would be better plus have a one of the buildings for all the old folks to ----- at each other and get rid off the nasty playground abd use more of the green area to create a save open area to play and still be in property grounds. It's too bad.

Hi, read your reviews. Interesting. One thing to remember is the reason management can't LEGALLY have the property divided into WHERE low income people live and what building they don't live at. They also cannot legally segregate families in one section, seniors in another, etc. If they did that it would be immediate grounds for several descrimination law suits. Fair Housing laws are very, very strict, that's why they operate the way they do. Management telling people to have their children play at WalMart parking lot is totally unprofessional and completely unprofessional. I wish you the best!

I just went up there for the first time today and thought everything was absolutely clean and neat, no noise, very quiet and the carpets I saw were very clean...the present manager, assistant or otherwise, told me that one tenant had cats and the cleaning people were supposed to get the carpet cleaned, but didn't, so they are having new carpet put in...May be the new management is better and different...I hope so.

I think you shouldnt be living in the low income apartment if your going to wine and cry about it and expect to live in bel air besides you do not know the ppl there and from what ive seen everything there is in order clean and neat no problems no kids on the side walk good carpets and inspections occur often

There SHOULD be a place for older kids, or it's just breeding grounds for mischief. The floor plan is small, but it's decent for the price. I was shocked to learn it's a low-income and section 8 type property because the rents should be much lower!!! Gosh, the place behind them has huge floor plans and about the same rents, no comparison, so I rented there instead. Terracina is a pretty property, but the rents are a joke if they call that "affordable housing". Come on, the economy is sooo bad, rents should reflect that for those in need that do not have any housing program that pays for part or all of their rent!

Wow your review is so funny to me, honestly I went by there the other day to check them out and not only where they really nice apartments but the outside seemed to be nice and quiet. By the way those apartments are mostly meant for the low income family's so who are you to discriminate on them if you honestly make more money then them and think of yourself as such high maintance then why don't you just move out, and move in one of those over the top expensive apartments by double diamond or Spanish spring, and honestly it seems like they have more class then you because they ate not the ones talking bad out you online. Your a very discriminating person I hope that's not what you teach your children to be.

I would just like to say that NOT all low income families are as referred to as "white trash, filthy, dirty pigs" Some of us are very hard working family oriented people, that unfortunatey do not make enough money being single parents, some not by choice. I have 5 children. I have 2 college degrees, work 40 hours aweek and my children were raised strick and with respect towards others. Its sad when we all get classified as white trash or no-good just because of a few bad apples. So, when coming across some of us, it would be nice if people like you kept an open mind and not automatically condemn me for what someone else is like. Thank you!
