Poor Management that doesn't know how to cash checks

I currently live in the apartments with two room mates and after two months of taking our money between check and money order, they finally refused our payment by contradicting their earlier habits! To make matters worse, the General Manager and Asst. Managers are extremely snotty with regards to any problems (that never get fixed) and also don't know how to cash a check on time when you pay rent so you end up paying late fees! Extreme late fees!! They notified us of last month's cancelled check just after we paid this month's rent!! I can't afford $2,000 in one month! Please, turn yourself around at the door...
