never lived there and having to deal with a hassle

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
I previewed this property and put down a holding deposit with a grace period of 72 hours. Called and cancled within 48 hours, I was assured that the check would be shredded. 3 weeks later it was deposited. it has now been 2 months and there has been no resolution to the problem. I had to track down the management company myself and send them a written account of the problem, now waiting to hear back from them.
