Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
Moved in apartment was partially remodeled. Kitchen and carpet was dirty. Had to re-clean apartment. Staff in general does not coordinate well together. Was told things would be fixed upon move-in still waiting for maintenance to perform repairs. Went in to office to check on repairs. Manager would not look through file to find work order requests. Had to re-request repairs. Management does not seem to care about retaining tenants.
