lived there for a year, always, 'always' had trouble with noise, not a little noise either but loud booming noise, managment wouldn't do anything about it, so the other tenants would place home made signs asking for quiet.
Also I doubt their book keeping abilities, as they lost my rent check one month, I had to put a stop payment on the check (25 bucks) as well as pay the late fee on the rent (75 bucks).
It's too bad about the noise and lack of good managment, because the place could be a great rental.
On my second day there, my friend was towed from the parking lot, she had parked in the wrong spot, and was only in my apartment for a few moments, maybe a half hour, before it was towed. this could be good and bad...I guess :P
